Inheritance
Two things I have to say.
1. I had a revelation about Jesus. God revealed an angle to me I had not recognized until it really hit me. Why did Jesus have to die? There are many answers. My revelation was this: Inheritance. You cannot inherit lets sayy money from your parents unless they what…die. We could not receive the gift of eternal life unless Jesus died. God’s inheritance for us. Forgiveness of sin, life to the full, the Counselor, redemption, sanctification, the list goes on. Think on that.
2. What in your life is lacking in the area of obedience? A non-Christian looking at a Christian’s life, it seems crazy that we would want to obey some of the things God tells us to do. haha so funny to think about. I mean God calls some people to places like Saudi Arabia, East Asia, the most dangerous places for Christians to go. He calls us to very uncomfortable situations, with uncomfortable people. Since I have decided to live my life to follow Christ this is exactly the outcome..Uncomfortable at times, but so satisfying. So why do I continue to obey what God has called me to? Regardless of the situation? Because when we are faithful in obedience, He is faithful back. I continue to allow God to control my path even into the most uncomfort because of the outcome everytime. I continue to be obedient because living a life running hard after Christ is the MOST FUFILLING way to live a life. There will be nothing else that will satisfy, bring peace and joy like the plan and purpose that Christ has for you. He says that those who lose their lives for His sake will find it. Indeed this is the truth. Give in to what Christ is calling you to do and you won’t be disappointed.
